Would you be okay if a MPA saw you at work?

Hi all

One of the regular girls I go to wants to visit me at work (I'm a chiro). She's not asking for any discounts or anything she just wants to go to my clinic. However, I don't really know if that crosses "the line"? I don't know how comfortable I am if she knows my real name, meets my staff, etc. Has anyone had a situation like this? Am I just being paranoid?

Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks

Define see. If you mean to service you that's a no full stop. For you to treat them well thats up to you. I treat MPAs for massage so I've had my fair share of outside interactions. No playtime strictly treatments. Although I've been out to eat with them as individuals or groups. You just have be strict on boundaries

I’ve offered to work with some of my regular girls, but none ever took me up on it. I think they are more scared to reveal their personal stuff to us than we are to them. The risk to them of exposure, stalkers and obsessed clients is probably way higher than the risks to us of exposure, scams and blackmail. Most of these girls have private lives they need to protect as well.

On a slight tangent, one girl did offer to service me in my office under my desk as it was one of her fantasies, but she bailed at the last minute worried I was going to get caught and fired … but I managed to get a girl from finance to do it a few weeks later instead

Without knowing either of you, just reading this my first thoughts are she would be "just another client" and to think of her as such. Having said that, I don't know how often you see her or your encounters or what they've involved (maybe that's impossible? lol). My guess is her desire to go there is simply because she knows you and feels more comfortable with someone she knows and nothing else. But...the fact you're asking on here, it sounds like this is more uncomfortable for you than you realize even and maybe you shouldn't. You want to stay focused in your job especially. I don't think it would be "crossing any line", but you're not comfortable with it so you shouldn't. Even if we tell you you're being paranoid (and I'm not saying you are), you're going to feel the way you feel regardless. As far as what to tell her, that's a little trickier. I guess simply say the truth, "I'm sorry but I'd be uncomfortable with that" Or, you can hope she forgets or doesn't bring up the subject again lol

I will never share anything about my personal life and work with any MPA, there is no point, you won’t gain anything but you may lose.

Although a MPA did visit my work place not knowing that I work there, she was with a guy, as soon as she saw me, she made an excuse to him and both left immediately.

I saw someone selling a picture online which I liked, sent msg and went to the address to pick, seller was a girl who used to work as SP 10-12 years ago, I recognized her but she did not recognize me bcz she was drunk.

Some mpas just cannot help looking like sex workers no matter where they go. So if she was like that, then no fucking way is she seeing me at work! If she’s discreet when not at the spa, then ok.

I think the question to ask is if she were your patient first, would it be okay for you to see her at her work?
Once you answer that, it becomes pretty clear.

Once your friendly neighbourhood MPA knows your real name, real work, and real everything else, every thing is fine, as long as things don't go sideways.

How likely are things NOT to go sideways? Short term not likely. Long term as emotions, commitment, and boundaries change, very likely to go sideways.

Have had interactions where things did go sideways, and was incredibly glad that my real name, real work, and real everything else were NOT known by my now unfriendly neighbourhood MPA.

As others have mentioned, given your profession, and longterm desire to continue in healthcare, would NOT cross the line.

I second aa84aa’s opinion. MPAs can become stalkers when they think a guy is the answer to their problems (like VISA / citizenship, lack of moulah or place to live, loneliness, daddy for baby). Sadly, thats my personal experience.

Most health care licensing organizations (doctor, nurse, RMT, etc.) have regulations against sexual relationship with a patient. You refer her to another chiro that you trust. Simple as that.
