I think like all you gentlemen I shop for variety but I always return to my regular. Why? Why is your regular your regular?

I cannot take credit for this one. It is a good topic. Very simply, I find most experiences with SWs disappointing. I like good service, BBBJs, kissing, FS, friendly conversations. I think you kind of nailed it when you talked about the connection. We can all tell when someone is going the extra mile on our behalf. It is earned though out of mutual respect and consideration. Anyone who thinks they can be demanding just because they are waving money around will likely get the "work to rule" experience.

I think it comes down to how many boxes are checked off and in what order of importance to you. That's how someone finds their gem. The more boxes checked especially the highest priority ones and you found your girl. But damnit!...some days you want The Keg, and other days Ruth's Chris. Plenty of great options.

Some do I agree, I definitely had one like that, an indy one off. But, my situation not unlike yours could only take it so far, I do miss our sessions though...

It’s all about the connection, and some level of trust. Looks may not stay the same, but there is a certain comfort seeing a regular that you have a good vibe with. However good the connection, have to always remember this is a business transaction and can’t let the little head get the better of the big head. My best regular ended about 10 years ago when she left the business. She was about 10 years younger than me, great figure. My regular is Eva, the most beautiful, considerate and happy girl in this industry, I visit her twice a week, once at AquaBay and once at ShangriLa.

As someone who is naturally skinny I am always shocked when someone mentions so casually they "lost" 40 lbs, I mean if I lost 40 pounds I would look like a concentration camp survivor or possibly be dead. I gotta say in the past I would even google "how to get fat", because everyone else was getting fat except for me, it never ceases to amaze me how some people can put on the pounds so easily.

I hear you. I am a bit older so a few pounds a year for a decade adds up. I got down to 155 based on healthy BMI for someone 5'9" but it was too light. For those interested, walking a half hour first thing in the morning really jump-started the whole process (and I get 10K steps in everyday), followed by being in a calorie deficit and better nutrition. Subsequently I have put 5 lbs back on, mainly muscle by paying attention to macro-nutrients and eating a gram of protein for each pound of goal weight and progressive weight training. Lady friend of the family noticed this weekend and said I looked strong now, so feeling good. Also, do you smoke? Had a friend who quit at age 60 an he has put on 30 lbs in the past year and a half after a lifetime of being skinny.

You will not believe it unless and until it happens to you. They may be "professionals" but they are also human, as are we. It has not happened to me, but as others relate here I have made some very good connections with SWs, to the point that I would really enjoy their company even if no sex was involved. Respecting and treating people well often (but not always) pays off.
