So far as I know 3 spas already gone. The land lord pulled out one sign from a spa about 2-3 months ago for some disputes with the tenant.

One + One initially opened across the street in Times Square. They moved for obvious reasons. The clean up at
Leslie and 7 is underway.

3 spas signs have been pulled down. Two completely closed but One play One is still on life line until the lease expires even tho the sign was long gone 2 months ago.
