Ministry of health basically said the same thing, by making a complaint would trigger legal action against you.
There was a story, don't know if it is true, that there were "friendly" doctors who did the health checks.
I would think that upon licence renewal, the mpa would have to get another health check, ONE YEAR.... how many dicks have passed through those hands in one year.

The industry is a huge risk factor, for both customer and attendant, you play at your comfort/risk level. If you want to go shooting off, like in the wild west, someone is going to get hit.

It's amazing to me that so many guys get angry at me for telling of my intimate knowledge of Hoshi's BB frequency. Asian Angela (her one-time close friend) showed me the pictures and the texts between the two of them. My info is 100% accurate. The law doesn't typically go on a witch hunt, normally someone has to make a complaint. It then becomes an obligation to investigate.
My sense is, when I had dealings with police service is that it is not on their "things to do list", what is on the list is underage and forced workers.
Any health issue is in the domain of public health, not police services. Public health can only force a test for some disease, not HPV as that would require an internal exam and thus is restricted by privacy laws.

I don't want someone like Hoshi aka Juicy jailed just because she offers BBFS. It is her decision and the guys who visit her too. I don't believe in force and I don't want to control two consenting adults that both agree on certain parameters during an SP visit. I just want guys to know so that they can make an informed decision about the safety of visiting her. If you worry about disease and catching an STD, stay away from her. If you don't care and are impressed with the idea of BBFS, then Hoshi is an option for you.

I think Hoshi is not bad looking. She had facial surgery and I even watched the video of her getting the surgery done. She uploaded it to her WeChat account. She doesn't need to offer unsafe services. As Asian Angela told me, Hoshi wants to make as much money as fast as possible, so she takes the risk that BBFS provides. Angela told me she charges around $400 for BBFS and only does BBFS with her regulars.

I have said before that Angela is one of the biggest assholes in the industry, but at least she never, ever offered BBFS to anyone. She was good in that regard.
