Shaven or not?

What do you prefer clean shaven, trimmed or bushy down below. I know its alot cleaner if clean shaven but putting that aside if the lady is clean which one do you prefer?

I prefer the lady to be clean shaven as it prevents getting stray hairs in your mouth.

One word of warning - this week i took the plunge and went and had a hollywood waxing as a surprise for my wife. As I left the beautician, all was well. However, the next day, my scrotum had swelled to the size of a tennis ball and the next morning i woke up to discover my penis had swollen to around 3-4 times it's normal size. I had a lot of difficulty in locating the head of it due to the swelling, something i needed to do to be able to urinate. After nearly fainting, i managed to get a lift to the local hospital who examined me and gave me some tablets to ease the swelling and told me to go home and lay down with my scrotum supported.

Never having another waxing, will stick to a razor in future.

Yes, i did get a bigger one, it was 4 times normal size, when it was limp! Yes, in the past i have generally shaved but thought it would be nicer for my wife's benefit to have the hair removed completely.

I did post a bit ago about the idea of waxing and i know some ladies said it would hurt and also some offered to do it, think they liked the idea of inflicting pain on me for some reason.

To be honest, the actual waxing was not painful at all, maybe i have a high pain threshold or something.

yes ploddd i have tried it so i would have to shave less but i must be a wimp because i could not stand the pain and after i stopped doing it the hairs started growing back

i have also tried lazer treatment but i same result so i will stick to shaving thank you very much i don't like pain

I've never tried electrolysis , or seen it done for that matter , and didn't realise that is was so painful .
I thought it was supposed to be a permanent method of hair removal in that it burnt out the hair folicle .
Beauty is pain , or so they say ! .

I know this Reviewom bitter painful personal experience but I thought I'd share. I shave my balls these days, much simpler - if you are doing this for the first time some advice - don't go over the same area again and again, shave in one direction, use a 'sensitive' shaving gel/foam, repeat every few days initially - in time your body becomes used to it and is less sensitive and the regrowth slows.

Just supposing you do ... leave it on too long ... is it best to use vinegar or bicarbonate of soda to neutralise it?

I find that to get that 'smooth as a baby's bum' finish a Reviewesh razor is the best method ... pulling the skin taught to get rid of any wrinkles ... it's also important to get the cutting angle right to avoid getting nicked ... any serious bleeding can soon be cauterised using a blowtorch ... available Reviewom all good plumber's merchants
