Review: Asia @ Alphacare

Since I was on an asian mpa binge I decided I had to see Asia @ Alphacare. I call them up make an appointment with Asia and head on over. I've read the horror stories about the spa and as such was a bit apprehensive.

I ring the bell, dude comes out of the hallway and asks if I have an appointment. I tell him I have one with Asia and he leads me to my room. I hand over the door fee and think of all the horror stories I've read and unfortunately they are kind of true.

Well at least this place has showers in the room even if they are dingy looking. But just to be safe I turn on the shower and let the water run for a few minutes. I have my shower and proceed to wait for asia.

A knock on the door and in comes Asia. WOW! She's one of the best looking Korean girls I've seen in the biz. Even better looking than the girl whose name I have to find out at diamonds.

I tell her what option I want and off come her clothes. I don't know what some the guys on massageplanet.net are on but she is one of the sweetest girls I've met in the biz. We discuss what we like and dislike and proceed with the session.

The place is a dump and I have no idea what she's still doing there. She should move to another spa.

Was looking for some fun today, consider actually seeing an SP as one on my TDL was working but I didn't really feel like trying to trek downtown, so after reading this review thread I decided to see Asia.

I've been to AC plenty of times over the past few years and had varying experiences, but I'm happy to say that Asia is a real gem. As others have noted though AC is looking run down and trying to get a warm (not even hot, just warm) shower was a chore. They really need to start putting money into the facilities.

I basically agree with everything the OP said, and I kind of feel bad seeing Asia there because for her talent and service level she deserves a better environment.

Most of the showers are backwards as apparently the plumber that does there stuff can't figure out how to put it on the same way it is everywhere else. If you try for a cold shower, in most rooms you will be successful in getting a hot shower. It just adds to the "charm" of the dump.

Having been going to AC for a while I'm well aware of they're mostly backwards shower (and I'm convinced the same plumber did Sunshine Spa down the road).

This particular shower was special, it sort of had a sweet spot where it got warm and anything else was cold. Everything to the left was cold, then around the middle on the right you got warm, but if you over shoot the sweet spot it gets cold again. I'm no plumber, but I'm not even sure how it's possible that the hot water shuts off after the mid point.

On that note, I can't believe I just made an entire post about showers.
