Recommendations for a bucks show in August

Hi Guys,

This is my first post so please be gentle.

I am organising a bucks/seforum.xxxs show for a friend early August in Patong on a Saturday night. We will have a group of 18-30 guys. For the day I have organised a fishing charter. For the afternoon we wanted to get a massage to relax, grab some dinner then hit the town.

We were hoping to see some Thai boxing and then go to the clubs.

What I am wanting advice on is where we should go for the night and where we should avoid. I was hoping for some type of hands on show for the groom and was trying to find out about perhaps a private show for the group (I have emailed to Suzie Wongs but never heard back from them) and had looked at XTC, but there seems to be reasonably poor reviews about them on here.

I also wanted to see if there was somewhere on the island I could get cigars for the night?

I would really appreciate any advice you wise and learned people could impart.

Raw (Owner of SW's) often reads the forum so he might catch this post, or a BM might inform him.

You will find the Thai Blokes around Bangla selling smokes also have cigars usually. I dont smoke them so not sure on quality.

Are you flying direct to Phuket? Or landing in Bangkok at Suvarnabhumi then catching a connecting flight? If you're gonna be at Suvarnabhumi airport, you can always load up on duty free cigars there. I bought a pack of Montechristo No.2's in the tobacco section there a few years back and they have a massive walk-in humidor with a huge selection of quality cigars. Price might be a little more that what u could buy off the street, but at least you'll know where these cigars are coming from and have some assurance on the quality.

We are flying direct to Phuket, that's a real shame, I would have liked some decent cigars, do you know if they sell cigars at Phuket airport?



It should be a great day - I can't get over how cheap it will be - for a very full day it will still be only a few hunded AUD each!

No need to plan anything mate just head down to Bangla Rd and it will come to you, but a word warning dont let the touts on the street take you to a ping pong show , you will be ripped off big time!

the cigars i buy on Bangla are medium size and fairly mild @ 40 baht each.

Theres a few duty free shops just after immigration at phuket airport. Theres tobacco and liquor sold there, definately cigarettes, unsure of cigars, but can't see why not.
Duty free is just one option, as its been said, you can get in stores there in phuket anyways.. you wont have to go too far if your after a stogie.

good advice on the touts but I would be trying to organise a place where you can all sit together and see some nice girls getting down and dirty.....Devils Playground is probably better than Suzies for this...hopefully Raw will get back to you at some seforum.xxxe (he also owns DP)

organise one beforehand mate.....the touts are gonna be all over 30 guys walking down Bangla in a group with NFI....you will end up paying 400 baht each for a 120 baht beer if you let touts get involved
