Today I had a very bad experience at OM…I walked in early morning around 9:30am and at the reception was making query about Jen or Vanessa and front desk lady Daria told me both are busy and will be avail at 10am
I came back at 10am and I was told to wait while they are getting ready. After 10minutes of waiting I asked the front desk about them and at that time she said both are on the way to the spa. I told her why did not you tell me an hour ago when I came and inquired about them and at that time you said they are both busy…then she said well some girls are pre booked and busy and that is why I told you they are busy.
I waited another 10-15 minutes at the Spa and left with utter disappointment
This is very unusual considering the standard of OM and I hope Yuki will look into this and make sure no one on the front desk provide any false info

Talked with front desk about the case, she thought you won't be back ,so she booked girls who are avaible at 10am with someone else, and kept you waiting who will show up sooner, that's our fault we need to tell more details about girls, and check who we should book with you and keep them for you.
