I respect the way the management of this spa handles problems and complains raised by their clients. It would be better of course to make sure all attendants have training sessions before receiving clients, just to avoid situations like this one. Having said that, at least they are responsive and they act to fix problems. This is how successful businesses are run. Unfortunately, a very few spas are keeping active threads like this one to collect clients feedback, which is beneficial for both, the Spa management and the clients.OMG, please tell me right away . even during your the session you still can call me, I will come to deal that .

we talked to her just now, she thought that way what she did is normal, but we correct her, and she knows now.
