need quick cash(financial newbie)?

I have zero experince with loans or almost any form of borrowing money. I need quick cash but I have no idea what my best options are. My local bank that I have an accoutant with says they cant give me a loan and only cash advance. I have a credit score of 789 but because im in my early 20s and never had a mortage, never borrowed money at all, am out of work and dont currently have a working car my options are somewhat limited. I though about signing up for another credit card and geting a cash advance but I dont know if thats possible or wise.

Could somebody please give me some options for quick money
I think the score is the fico score. I paid to get it through equifax after I found out it was not free it did come free with the report I got through annualcreeditreport.com.
My credit line with my bank is also over 2000
I should have income coming in soon. Im not saying I want to max everything out. I was looking for what my options are so I can decide what the best course of action is. Wanted to know if there were any other better options out there then a cash advance. If I do want a cash advance I wanted to know if there are any other credits cards other there that I can get an advance on and how they compare to my bank of america one. I Mentioned my credit score because I have no idea how that might affect things(again pretty sure it was fico). Thanks for the help so far

You have no options.....

You are lacking the basic prerequisites to get approved for a loan:

No. 1 - An Income (job)
No. 2 - Collateral
No. 3. A sufficient credit history and good credit score.

Your 789 score is not the FICO score but most likely the Experian Facco Score...
Looks good but is essentially useless.

Under these circumstances you won't even get approved for a credit card. Which is good because if you don't have a job and income you have no business borrowing money.

What you can do is sell your possessions.... The fastest way is to have a yard sale and the least profitable way is to pawn things of value. (jewelry, tools, etc.) Inbetween is anythying from Craigslist to Ebay.

Have you tried to get unemployment benefits? Food Stamps? Any type of Cash Aid from Social Services?

Thanks for the update: It doesn't change the fact that a credit line with a bank needs to be paid back. As soon as the bank finds out that you don't have an income... you won't have a line of credit. If you are in between jobs go ahead and use it since you will have a paycheck soon to pay it off. But if you are without an income then don't get yourself into real trouble taking money from a bank that expects you to pay it back with the next pay check.

One more thing: You buy the FICO score at myFico.com.
