Fine, but I also was one who welcomed you to the board. I apologize for CALLING you Nicole but I do still stand by my comments that some of your post about her were sloppy which is in part what lead me AND OTHERS to THINK you were Nicole. Also you claimed to have many reviews and then you were called out on having only 11 posts and all on Nicole. If that is not suspicious, I don't know what else is. The thread in question was one in which Qster was asking about a legit place to replace his college clinic. Yes, even one of my suggestions, Riverside, did not meet his criteria of Northside but is is a hell of a lot more legit than Tropic TAN lol. And I did not KEEP pushing it, I mentioned it for his consideration, PERIOD. As far as sloppy writing goes, it has nothing to do with whatever double standard you are trying to speak of. MANY people here were suspicious of all your glowing reviews of Nicole, especially in a more or less unrelated thread. There is a reason so many people thought that.

Actually yes I am staying out of the spat. My issue was you using a derogatory word that most are find disrespectful. I'm not taking anyone's side and won't. However I will point something out - you seem to be getting into more altercations than most on here, including one time with me. I have started, participated and defused ugly situations of my own - I own those. I stepped back for a while and recused myself from participating in open dialogue on MP for a bit - maybe you should consider it. As a member I'm entitled to respectfully share my opinion(s) which I just did. I'm not saying who's right and who's wrong, but maybe take the high road and step back and let things cool off and assess how you interact - I did and I think it opened my eyes, it might not have the same result but what do you have to lose?

I don't know about others, but re-reading SOME verbal diarrhea that I spewed I can honestly say were not my proudest moments. I'm here for whatever personal reasons I have and those are mine, but when it starts to affect the entire local group, I'm going to speak up.

in fact on sept 12 , i offered 7 practictioner reviews and or comments which were for the purposes of satisfying my authenticity rather than to satisfy your standards of what a post should be...previously their has been a suggestion that a moderator be appointed to this forum...perhaps you may wish to accommodate

Wanted to say that as a non resident of Edmonton, but a frequent visitor, I appreciate all of you guys and enjoy the occasional direct PM's with long time members - you know who you are. Was kind of troubled to see the harshness being levied against some who have contributed the most. Hope all of this passes quickly and dissipates like a case of indigestion after an exceptionally rich meal. Calgary is boring, Edmonton rocks. Keep up the good efforts and let the unhappy ones suck it up.
