The problem is, Premier has gained this reputation and I think that reputation has over-inflated our expectations of the place. There are a lot of girls who don't do extras, and they're usually reported here and on the red board, but we keep talking about the select few who will give extras and it creates this impression that extras is guaranteed. It's not and I have heard it first hand from the girls who work at Pure or Perla that the reputation of the place is making expectations of their performance a bit unattainable.

The other factor is the numbers game. We keep talking about the same 30 or so MPAs who are on constant rotation that provide extras and that sounds great, especially when you see how some reputable MPs like Muse and Allure don't even have 30 active girls on their entire roster but then people forget that there are another 70 who perhaps aren't privy to giving extras. That's almost double the number of MPAs at a place like Allure or Pickering Angels. Yet according to people here, somehow Premier became synonymous with being a brothel.

I’ve heard the same thing from some of the ladies at Premiere.

Good points but the girls there have told me they’re encouraged to do extras and there’s competition for who keeps their rooms full which influences which girls get scheduled so there’s still big incentives for extras. If the chain wanted to cut back on extras they could but they know its such a big part of their business model.

I think only girls who don't get regulars are encouraged to do extras. I have had some girls mentioned that Tiana and the management team would nudge them to be more open-minded because they average maybe two clients per shift or the clients complain about the lack of FS after a session.

Here's the thing - when the receptionist asks if you'll see her again, you have to say yes if you like her at all. Even if you want to try others first - if the session doesn't suck and you had a decent time, you need to hint that is the case. Don't start saying shit like "nah, I prefer girl X" because she's willing to blow you because it will set her up for unfair comparisons by management. And if FS is what you're looking for, then you have to tell the receptionist that a lack of it is the reason you won't repeat. Otherwise, you actually get the girl in a lot of shit with management.

For anyone working at Premier lurking here, I just want to say, you do NOT need to offer FS if that's not what you're comfortable with, especially if you can find ways to bring in new clients. However, if you find that it's slow for you compared to other girls (extras or not), but you want to stay in the business, perhaps a different MP is more suitable.

That's not true. There are plenty of girls, as noted on this board, that have been working at Premier for years who do not provide extras.

I don’t complain. Management takes into account when the guys are unhygienic not when they’re ugly. They’d kill their business if they made service levels about how attractive the guy is.

Totally agree. A lot of dubious conjecture and speculation in this thread IMO. They are pretty much always very busy.

It's frequently very challenging to see anyone at Premier doing a walk in. It wouldn't be if some of their girls were only seeing two clients per shift.

Bottom line it's their bodies and their choice on who to give extras too. Pressure from management, if true is disgusting. On same token, it's our money and our choice on who we want to repeat with and why.

Just because the phones are ringing constantly, or that your favourite girl is hard to book, doesn't mean all girls are working every hour of every shift. I doubt the secret roster gets a full booking since they're not even on the website. And I've always had an option between one or two girls for a walk-in at Pure or Perla. It's just whether I want to stay with those particular girls.

If they are not going to provide extras than they should be offering a very sensual fun session . I believe that is why Premier is so busy cause you know what to expect . That is one of the reasons I pretty much only use that place anymore you are for the most part guaranteed a real good time

If a girl is only averaging 2 clients per shift then she won't be at Premier for very long. They are a very busy spa chain and if you're not busy then you should be at a different spa and make room for another girl who will be.

There running a business not a hangout ...as long as clients are coming in and rooms are booked that's what matters. Girls are the ones competing for shifts. .shifts are booked based on who will bring in clients and who are in the rooms. Its simple to see who is being booked all the time vs those always in the back room. Ladies must up there menus to bring in repeat clients.
If they want to remain competitive in a high end spa with other gorgeous ladies ..they must bring something special for a great session .

If anyone can't see the business model here and how it works ..go take a economics class . SPA facilitates the demand..if u have no demand then you should be in minors not the majors...this is not a $40 hole in the wall spa .

If I'm working in retail and earn the most commission because I have the best customer service ..even though someone is prettier or smarter. . than me ..guess who will always have a shift. The retail store is focused on making a profit ..not focused on your comfort level. Step up or step aside.

Big boys throw away there money here ..in return the memories need to be worth it .

It's simply not the case. And Mila is a perfect example of why this is so. She's been there for years. Has she upped her menu? No. If anything her milage trajectory has been declining in the reverse direction! There are all kinds of girls there. Their operation is far more sophisticated than anyone gives them credit for. There is way more going on besides "menu".

I agree with the general premise of your post LNP but I think this is an important distinction to make. I totally concur all girls must bring something special to their sessions but there are all kinds of ways to do that besides milage, and if Premier were only about the menu then there are a ton of girls like Mila who would not be there at all, and yet they're all there too, so I think a lot of people need to rethink all their facile preconceptions about the place.

Here's some economics for you, wise guy.

On average, Pure and Perla schedules 5-6 girls. Less on not-so-busy days, more on times like Friday nights. Even with all six fully booked at each location, there are STILL empty rooms at each location. They were both made with the ability to accommodate around 10 simultaneous sessions. So regardless whether the girls are fully booked or not, there is still room to fit in more. Yet that rarely happens. Even on the busy nights, inevitably some girls don't show up to their scheduled shift. Call Pure and Perla on Friday and Saturday night and see how many girls actually made it to work instead of playing hookey to go party.

So even if someone, like Mila who is supposedly not upping their menu as per your standards, only sees, say two clients a day, it's still better than taking her off the roster and having no clients for that slot, when there is already a hall of empty rooms that line the spa.

And let's not forget that there is a huge chunk of people visiting MPs who are not on here or the red board and are not mileage hounds who would be very satisfied with basic service.

Considering that this forum, along with the red board and other boards have consistently stated numerous girls by name who are restrictive in your sense of the word, yet have worked for many years, some longer than the star-MPAs some of you praise, there's clearly enough market support to allow such breathing room. Stop trying to convince people of what Premier is (a MP, not a SP incall) as a way to legitimize your expectations.

Simple facts about Pure & Perla...
Very rarely have enough girls on schedule to fill even half the rooms.
Especially Pure, that place is huge. Just walking down one hallway, you can count 8-9 doors.

Just because a girl isn't available, doesn't necessarily mean that she is fully booked. Girls with loyal regulars, and "older" ladies like Blair, Ariel, etc only want 6-7 appointments per shift.

Less than half the ladies provide "extras" or "mileage".
I still contend some of the best are those that can create the GFE and erotic fantasy, without necessarily needing mileage.
