I would have to dispute Jodi for sports massage. I had this knot in my left upper shoulder and she couldn't get it out. Also guys that have muscles need stronger massage. Her massage was not enough to leave me with "ahh relief". The korean lady would step on my back and walk all over me then followup with spot kneading with her strong hands. Every-time I left the korean lady, I felt relief and pain free. My cousin studied sports medicine and she really knows the anatomy that one day I pulled my back out from removing a big ass A/C from a window and she found the muscle named it and told me were it originated and ended and in 10 minutes my pain was gone.

yo rnou, if you go let me know how effective the massage was. I too suffer side effects from working out. I had this awesome small korean lady in queens that really knew her anatomy and always left me normal and not a broke dick. I didn't even have to tell her where my pain was. she would find the knot and work it out till it was gone. but alas with these amp places she vanished.
