FYI- There is a new spa at 2005 Yonge, (Massage/deep tissue/relaxation/hot stone, midtown Toronto | Health & Beauty | City of Toronto | Kijiji ) they are offering a $65 hr massage ($20 off opening special). As the non discount price would be $85hr, maybe Holistic rather than semi-legit. They also advertise you can book a RMT for $100 hr. I have not tried them yet.

If its Asian owned, it might work like the Asian clinic in my area. A guy who is the RMT and takes those appointments and a girl who does the holistic massage like the tuina/cupping and HE. Almost all strictly RMT places will have names and faces attached to the services.

But its one of those things where you'll know what kind of place it is once you walk in

That is what I was thinking , so thought it might be Holistic, at that price might as well go for the $100 and get the RMT receipt

I didn't actually end up getting a massage... Walking in I knew it was definitely legit..

There was an old lady behind a counter, and i asked if they have any more girls and she said no we don't do that here.

I walked out because that's not what I was looking for .

My back was sore, so figured I would try them with no expectations. It was truly 100% legit, massage skill was okay.

This place is now called Moon Health Spa.
I went there for a massage and it was legit. No hinting or anything.
I did my massage with Amy (older Asian lady).
Her massage is so good if you ask her to use her elbows and go deep.

But they do have a younger masseuse there called Ellen..
May try her soon and see.

Anyone else has been there?
