Yup..that's their policy. They don't want to feel like a meat market. Most of the customers go there for good massage and popular girls are always booked up pretty fast.
Selena and Amanda are pretty restrictive but they are almost always booked solid bcuz of their youthful looks and great massage. It is a very busy spa so most of the girls are pretty much booked up and if you go there as a walk in , you will only get whoever is free. Nobody is too old and ugly there, so you don't need to worry much.
