Even if it does work out (and there is always the exception to the rule) you are in for a rocky relationship, imho. FALLING in love seems like natures trick to get 2 people together to hopefully reproduce. The hard yards start when the novelty wears off and it is less than a 50/50 chance of success amongst couples from the same culture. The extra complications and misunderstandings from the clash of cultures will be heartbraking for both of you.

We were in Patong and i gave her 6000 bahts (was verry mad to give this money, i hate to pay for sex, but i gave her money because of your advices) and i was about to leave Patong to go to bangkok but she told me: I want to come with you. So i said, ok but last time i give you money! She said ok.

So we went to bangkok, spent 4 days there, after she asked me if i want to go to korat. Me, i'm alone and have a lot of time to spend in Thailand, so why not, so told her: but never i will give 1$ to your friends or family, you are not my girlfriend.

So its been 2 weeks i'm in Issan, its very nice here! I saw her village and parents and i told her to tell them i'm just a friend but she told them i'm boyfriend. I didin't give one 1$ to familly, but i bought one bottle of alcool for me and her friends, and they are verry nice thai people. She stay with me at my hotel, i pay her food nothing else.

It doesn't sound to me like you have given any thought to the girl's circumstances, where she has come from, or what sort of life she has endured before you turned up out of the blue. Questions you should be asking yourself are...

1) Does this girl have money to pay her rent, eat, buy clothes, go out with her friends occasionally.

2) What circumstances are her family living in. Are they well off, or on the bread line back up in rural Thailand?

3) Does she have a child to support? Who is going to feed it, pay for its education, books, clothes etc

Although you may be very hansuuuum and she should be happy to have you nailing her for free, it does sound like you are being quite selfish. You have not made one sacrifice for this girl so far, yet she has already made plenty, around 20,000 THB by my calculations :love3:

Anyway, good luck to you. Don't be another selfish farang that breaks the girl's heart or who puts her in an impossible situation. If you love the girl you will have to make sacrifices end of story, plus you need to seriously think about what impact every decision you make has on her life, even more than your own. She has far more to lose than you.

What after all is true unconditional love as we Westerners understand it? Making sacrifices and taking care of someone without any hope of reward. IMO Thais are far more romantic than us, even BGs like your one.

I disagree. We are not all friends here, and there are many individuals expressing diverse opinions. But poker is not just about emotions. Its about beeing intelligent, analysing players, have a good bankroll managment, reading people thoughts. So obviously, good control of emotions is not the only skill you have to have to be a good poker player. Like with girls :^^:
