Douglas Barry Publications - Reflexology books

I was wondering if anyone has had the same problems as me!
I went through IFR to douglas barry publications to buy a renne tanner Foot chart this was in september 2009 and im still yet to recieve said item.
I have tried to email ( email full ) Been ringing leaveing messages and still nothing. i also contacted IFR to inform them and was told that they had not in countered any problems.

any advise as to what else i can do and also does anyone no any where else i can buy a Renne Tanner foot chart poster as been looking online and it db publication seem to be only place coming up.

Yes I had the same problem as you with Douglas Barry Publications. I also had great problems with the IFR and found them of little help - I now belong to the AoR which actually respond to emails and phone calls !!

I ordered books from these people when I was doing my reflexology course in November 08 and I never received the books or charts that I ordered. I think I bought the book in Waterstones in the end or I might have got it on Amazon. I was out of pocket to the tune of about €50 and not very happy about it. I complained to paypal but they couldn't do anything because 30 days had elapsed. I telephoned the company and emailed but to no avail. There is even a number on the inside of the book cover which I tried and it turned out that it was to serviced offices. The website looks very professional and it certainly is very good at taking your money but fails miserably at delivering the goods or any follow up service whatsoever. I was left feeling that I had been scammed

PS: The book is very good and the ITEC exams are based entirely on it, so well worth having

To My Shock Horror I got a parcel delivered yesterday with my original order and extras as a way of apologie happy with the outcome but a explantion would also of been welcome.
