Walked in, was asked how long i wanted to stay(30 min) and lead to a room. Told to shower and an attendant would be in.

Showered and waited, after a few minutes manager daid they were very busy, attendant would be with me soon(should have left at tha point). After a few minutes attendant comes in, asks me how long i am staying. I repeat 30 minutes. She leaves the room, comes back a few minutes later. Odd start, but ok.

Session begins, she asks what service i want, I indicate BS, she asks how much will i pay. I say $80, she says $120. I say i already paid $40, she then says $120 total. I agree to amount. There was definitely a language barrier.

I think the best way to address any issue at MPs is to talk to mamasan. That will give them input, but also may clear any misunderstanding. Some problems are just misunderstanding because of language barrier. Even when there is any real problem, addressing that issue to mamasan will put you on her good side and earn you better services in the future

Appreciate the honest review. No one likes to be rushed. On top of that you were waiting minutes on minutes. That’s not good service at all.

Unfortunately this can happen at any spa without a dedicated receptionist…even SL doesn’t have one. There are way more spas out there without a dedicated receptionist. If and when the economics make sense, I’m sure they will consider it. Btw, even when Bee is there, this could happen…but it’s usually unlikely that all the girls would be busy at the same time.

I have never in all my years of hobbying considered that a classic body slide. I've never recieved a bodyslide without them sliding on the front.

This sounds like either a case of lack of training or she wanted to get paid for service she didn't want to provide.

I passed your feedback to management, apparently the girl you saw was on her period. Not sure if she communicated that to you or not. She’s still very new so we’ll give her more training on providing better communication to customers.

Please send text message to the owners and they will look after you. I made similar offer to the OP as well. Regarding mileage, just keep in mind that BMR is a semi legit place so not the same model as OM…
