Building
- The building was nice and hidden. Well maintained, However, the size of the room was average for a C-tier spa which means small. What was shocking was the shower. It was on par with Hands from Heaven. They also offered shampoo & conditioner which is a nice touch.

Girls
- Bella - 7/10 looks & 6/10 Service. The BJ was underwhelming lasting maybe 5 min then she went back to HJ and I would not go back for that. But the HJ was quite good. Usually I am unhappy with the HJ but I was pleasantly surprised. However the fake moaning just felt so off.

Massage
- The Massage was pretty decent. Bella had talent. Not sure if I would go back. I feel like going to some other spas are a better option if I cared about the massage. But I was very relaxed after and felt like it was good enough.

Would say an overall B or C Tier Spa. For reference HFH (Wolfdale) is an S Tier, Blue Lagoon is B tier and Bohemian is a D tier

I’m ranking them on 4 factors. Building, girls, massage, price. Based on that I decide how good the place is in my experience.

There’s a thing call a tier list. It goes S (super), A,B,C,D,E,F. It’s just ranking them based on my experience.

Semi. I live in Mississauga so going to markham is almost like a day trip. One hour there one hour back. So I would need to really plan it out. I know these tons of places out there. If I end going to Markham for work at any point I’ll drop by one of them.

I get it brother. Same reason I wouldn’t go to sauga it’s just way too far out of the way.

Not sure why that place you went to charges so much for a semi joint. That’s insane.

At that price point you better off to save your load and money till the next day trip and venture out to any one of the cities I’ve mentioned. Far better value in terms of chicks, massage and service.

Do your research- a simple google search on ‘4play terb’ would have brought up some scathing reviews to avoid. This place is why the forums exist. To out the rip-off artists to eliminate their market share and share the ‘good’ for the benefit of all. So thank you for your contribution. Hopefully regulars who spend the money at spas will avoid this place and put it out of its misery again and for good.

Actually had 2 decent experiences there with an EE milf with a solid fit milf body and man mades - decent massage tease kissing kitty play and bbbj for 40 room 100 tip. She had a bob cut hairstyle and blonde. Would repeat and recommend for any milf hunters.
The other was a blonde with longer hair. EE milf and pretty. Fit bod. Decent massage with tease and hj 40+80. Maybe on the repeat.

Went to Boss spa. Picked Tina out of the lineup. Had an amazing session (Pse service) and then ended up seeing her regularly for a month until she left. One door closes and another opens.

Had a few others after walking in based on my success with Tina. No such luck. Stopped going as standard rate 50 room and 100 bs option for the quality of attendant and massage for 30min in hopes of finding another gem is not worth it.
