Baltimore TV Stations tries to shame President Trump

Baltimore TV Station goes to a run-down neighbourhood and suggests the President doesnt know what he is talking about when Trump refers to Rat-Infested Baltimore.

As they are doing their live-shoot for broadcast, a rat actually runs into the scene.

You cant make this shit up. Baltimore has so many rats, that they even run into the camera's field of view during news coverage.

Leftists destroy everything they touch. They are dishonest, selfish, terrible human beings.

Extreme leftists are a scourge, but me wanting a better, safer city because some of my tax dollars are used for social services or to give people a leg up does not make me a leftist any more than my contempt for the extreme left makes me right wing. If govt redistribution gave people a leg up, then deficits wouldnt be forever. Every govt program promises investments, but the debt keeps getting larger.

You cant claim investing in the future if the future always involves being worse off than in the past.

I’m not advocating redistribution. I agree that it is a continuous downward path. I do advocate helping people help themselves. Then they can become productive members of society. I have contempt for the programs that allow perpetual dependence.

I once listened to a conversation between 2 young girls I knew vaguely. One was giving the other a tutorial on welfare benefits, ie how many kids to have and at what intervals to maximize the monthly take from the government (you and me). Pissed me off.

Helping your neighbour with your own money and your own time is good. However, government involvement relies on redistribution. Redistribution is EXTREMELY inefficient. Plus it takes away incentive and productivity upon the person receiving. If redistribution and govt 'helping' others was effective, then Communist China, during the 1960s and 1970s, would have been a greater economic powerhouse than the United States. I went to China and I saw the houses that were built during governments 'helping bring people up'. The houses were so bad, I would not have put my dog in them as a substitute for his Kennel. In China, people couldnt even afford or receive basic things - watch, tv, medicine, food etc. Redistribution in China caused 30 million people to die of starvation.

If all the govt spending actually did any good, we would not have debt as we do today. Debt is the indisputable truth that redistribution is a failure. If it wasnt a failure, we would have surpluses and a reduction in the number of people who were in need of govt redistribution.

Debt doesnt lie.

It means your investments were bad.
