I already told Tina about her background history and what to expect. Tina told me yesterday she quit saying not busy enough..lol. That's what she told Amy as well on Monday after she finished her last shift on Sunday. She has been going around spas to spas doing the same thing.

Their girls are everywhere now looking for a spa to work because they found out their spa is on the market for sale again with much much lower price. One of their girl told me they were asking $208,000 about 2 monhts ago. Now they are asking only $160,000. The funny thing with them is they still want to control the girls where they can work and can't. That's how nasty they are. It's a very nice spa with some good girls but poorly managed and messed it up.

The bylaw action must be fucking up the resale price. A reasonably run spa seems to me like printing money in the basement.

Yes ..if the spa has goodwill like JR they can ask for a lot more but BU has no goodwill at all and struggling from day one. JR sold for over $400,000 a few months ago bcuz of their Goodwill doing over 40-50 customers a day. BU doing barely 10-15 a day struggling to make ends meet. Thanks to fake Japanese guy and his fake handles and friends .Just wonder where they all are now. jjb and james bond couldn't help them either.

It's Comfort Foot in Oakville. She doesn't sell. She changed them into legit spas. She is a very smart lady with vision and now focusing on safe stable future.
