no beetroot in Mam's burgers Dodge....but they do use some herbs + spices...frankly I'd say lose the flavourings..but Mam's still has the best burger in Kamala that I have tried so far...and the ribs are fanatstic....

I had the same experience with the burger at the Beer Garden in Pattaya. The bun, meat texture and chips were right on. But the meat tasted like an Italian meatball. Buyer beware.

Not the greatest burger I’ve had, but tasty enough. Good homemade buns, but thought the meat was a bit tasteless. Don't think the cheese was melted on mine either, so that would've been an improvement. Could have exchanged the beetroot with pickles as well and put mayo on, but that’s just my opinion of course.



7/11? Had one in Gourmet once and could only finish half of it. So no, the competition is not exactly stiff. But all in all a good burger and a nice addition the Kamala grub scene I thought.

Heh the boyfriend easier point above is one of serious consideration for a numbe rof girls, and funnily enough they get bf easier non-barfinable or because they are there all night every night, longer times to chat and assess etc

My gf works in Jungcyleon and she is so happy with her work and she tells everybody that now she is promoted to manager of the the shop and 3000thb more at her salary...
I still take care of her pay her rent and ect....she has never been ashamed that she have falang bf but still need to work...she is bored when she dont have nothing to do.
I think it´s good for the Tg´s to have something to keep them busy and not just depend for bf to send money....

Hope the Kamala Bakery is open again. It closed down during my last trip home. Great bacon, and a decent latte there.

well the bar owner has different view of why she was fired....but anyway each to their own and I don't want to harp on about anyone in particulars relationship in here...what constitutes a GF in Thailand is very wide and varied to some..so much so that the term has lost its meaning....to me it is something special but to others new ones come and go on a daily basis

but how would you know what anyone real relationships are when it seems(admittedly) all you've done is throw money after one girl after another?
how is that even comparable to what most of us have been talking about?
i am not knocking you D, because you seem very happy with it and it is your money and your life but it is basically unlike what most people on here are talking about

and that brings me to a point. sure it is very good to have knowledge of the scene and keep your eyes and ears open but every girl and every guy is different
there is so many different scenario that it can't be presented as either "that's the way, live with it" or a bm thinking he knows 100% because he lived there and has experience
again, you have to know and beware of the dangers and pitfalls and cultural differences you are getting into but not every situation is the same equation

hey, she's a thai girl that is stupid, lazr, rather be with her friends and family and you should not do anything to try and show her a better alternative
well, i know, personally, that i went to great lenghts to show my wife a better alternative and the reason i did that is because i believed she was much smarter and much more capable than what she was involved in when i met her. does it make me trying to be a knight in shining armor. no, it makes me trying to help out a person i love and care for reach her potential and finding out by actually talking her if that is what she would want that. she is still the same quirky, adorable thai girl i met years ago, just has a better appreciate of things outside her village and outside her bar.
