Hi everyone, not sure if everyone noticed, but we can add a prefix to all new threads. And, we can sort and filter by those prefixes. I'm appealing to everyone to start using those prefixes, especially if it's a review or question. If you just want a thread to engage in general discussions or even flame wars, you can use the Chat prefix. This will help everyone post and find the type of information they're looking for. I'm lazy, but I've started using the prefixes. Thank you.

I don't know if this forum has that ability. Things look to be organized by geographic location. Besides, if you have different sections like other forums, then you will need to moderate it to make sure people follow thru.

You can also go back and add the prefix to some of your previous reviews...I did this myself to make it easier for folks to search and find reviews.

Admin, it's good that you added the prefix to the search function but you should also be able to filter by "Created By" and not just "Posted By".

For example, if I wanted to find all reviews by a certain member, right now the only option is to enter his Profile ID in the "Posted By" field. The problem is it also lists all the posts he made on other review threads too. Thus, a "Created By" field would be useful.

How does it work? All the groups I see are Public and looks like anyone can join. Is it possible to create a private group that I administrator and I can invite or boot members as I please?

We have the uption of making it Public, Closed or Secret.

Sure. I'm playing around with the idea of a private group where I have some control of the rules. For example, I'd like people to have respect for each other and absolutely no flame wars. I try to avoid a lot of the craziness here but there are posts that I can't help but to see before I log in and my ignore list kicks in. Do you know if the private group feature will fill those requirements?

Hey, we're all little fucked up in this industry. We are driven by the basest of human needs and yet must maintain secrecy due to societal standards. We're constantly pulled in multiple directions.

You can really make those groups private, even I cannot view them without invite
