Was looking into downtown semi-legit providing massage with HE, not really interested in FS. Does anyone have any intel on New Happy Feet Spa on Cumberland street or Happy Light Feet Spa on Bay Street in terms of attendants and price? Appreciate it.

Or is that only for the couples room? Also did not see any prices listed, do you know what they charge for an hour?

Those are curtains to a window lol. Of course there are doors to each room. The rooms are spacious, hot stones etc.
Its industry standard prices.

Curtains are not a sign of happy endings. Even legitimate massage providers will expose their clients’ nudity to some extent, so clients appreciate the privacy.

Dropped by Happy Light Feet Spa and had a good experience. Their rate is $75hr and street parking nearby is $6hr so more expensive than your typical Scarborough semi-legit at $50-$60hr. The few women I saw are average and look in their 40-50. The massage provided was very therapeutic and included some moves I had not had before. It then moved into a good ten minute tease. On the flip their was no discussion of tip and proceeded into a nice slow HJ with some under the top hand play. After the wipe down and the end of the massage, she left the room and I expected her to come back for her tip and clean the room but she did not. When I left the room she was not waiting outside either. I proceeded to the desk to pay the mamasan and noticed that they had envelops with the masseuses names on them. So I put the tip in her envelop.

But I am sure there are other legit spas like you describe. I just don’t go to those big ones.

$75/hr + 30 tips for HJ and light touching is quite reasonable IMO.
