Last night was "fix the body" night. I am doing something incorrectly ...aside from sitting lopsided in front of a PC all day...and every 3 weeks or so my left hip is throbbing so much that I need some relief. ("It's your SI joint" says my chiro). Yesterday was such a day. Neck cracking was at 530 at chiro and I went str8 from there to 25 Glen Watford to see Alicia. I always enjoy her back walking and hands to loosen up what is still tight. Last night she used a Chinese oil that I am guessing is the Oriental version of Rub A535. It may have been the oil or the combo of her hand and the oil but for the 1st time in several nights I was able to get a decent sleep. For a legit massage I have yet to fond anyone who does it better and that includes the RMT who I used to see on a regular basis. The finish of course is much better than an RMT's but even if it wasnt I would still see Alicia just for the quality of hr massages. Next time I am trying some of her accupuncture.
