A small gift, sonething simple such as chocolates, is appreciated by most girls. If you think you will be mocked then don't worry you have a straight forward transactional relationship with the girl. Your money, their prescribed mechanical delivery of services

We seem to forget, or don't want to acknowledge, (easy way to create detachment) that these are people first, and second their occupation.

I have gifted my regulars and most often received appreciation and extra care. I gifted just to be kind not expecting anything more in return. Often this lead to a more satisfying session. From only HJ to FS, even at legit places was offered without being asked for. (Of course my tips reflected my gratitude) Many posts and arguments abound on the topic of YMMV. Maybe treating the girls with respect and dignity might get you more in the long run.

I wonder how multi-million dollar athletes feel when they get gifts from certain groupies and fans? I'm not just talking about sexual encounters either..
Maybe they get drugs or some kind of stimulate before they play the game lol..Or maybe they'll get a drawing from a little kid (who is a big fan) and they will show appreciation for the gift and then throw it in the hotel suit trash bin..

I'm sure it's no different for MPA's

It's not worth pondering. You give a gift to show appreciation for someone. What they do with it, if they want or need it, how they use it if at all, is all irrelevant.

Right, and the more you think about stuff like that the more other person is going to be annoyed because the insecure person who is wondering has no real self confidence. So, just give them the gift and don't put all of your thought about what they thought of the gift. Just move on and live life..If anything, just keep the transactional gift stuff between you and her but unfortunately, it doesn't always turn up so discreetly..

In my professional life, wine is the general gift. Most people like it and will enjoy it with their family and or friends. The closer the relationship is then the gift gets more specific to what the receiver will enjoy ie. single malt scotch (tequila to make margaritas ) or xo cognac. When you spend 4.5 hours together in a golf cart you get to know each other pretty good. For the office lots of sweet treats are sent out.
The difference is these are business building and appreciation gifts.
With My family and close friends we don’t exchange gifts or seldom do but we give each other our time which is more memorable for me as opposed to gifts.

It doesn't turn up so discreetly because everyone tends to overanalyze everything when it is the last thing you should be doing in this business. Because of the intimate nature of the industry, everyone always forgets that it's just as transactional as a wine purchase or a haircut at the barber shop. Giving our favourite girls gifts shouldn't be a big deal. You're not a simp for doing it but you're not any more special either. I don't care for most of the gifts I receive but I appreciate the gesture and happily accept them.

I paid $8,500 US for my '59 in 1981. Bought at Guitar Trader in Red Bank, NJ, one of the few vintage stores at that time. Same place I bought my '52 Tele, '61 ES-335, '56 Strat, and '57 Gretsch 6120 (transition year, so Dynasonic pickups, but thumbnail fret markers).

Got $270K Canadian for the Les Paul in 2010, when the Canadian dollar was actually a bit higher than the US dollar. Early '59 so small frets. OK flame, good colour, sweet player, killer "brighter than you would expect" PAF tone. Only issue was the tuner heads shrinking problem.

Sad story. The guy who bought it was an young investment banker. A couple of years later he went to England with his family to celebrate his 10th wedding anniversary. Looked the wrong way while crossing a busy London Street and got killed instantly by a car coming from his right.

At one time I had around 30 guitars, including several vintage National Duolians, Style O's and a Style 1, all bought at Mandolin Bros. in Staten Island. Was never much into wooden acoustics.

All gone now, except for a 15 year old Gibson SG, and a 2 year old Fender Vintera Tele, made in Mexico with an ash body & maple neck. Both bought at good old Long & McQuade. I don't even have callouses on my left hand finger tips any more cuz I play so rarely.

i bought a ‘52 Epiphone Zephyr pre Gibson acquisition that I still need to pick up
Epiohone was originally a Greek immigrant violin manufacturer based in New York that transitioned to guitars.
most of mine are reissue. I never got into paying the big bucks the original ones cost.
I have a bit of a collection of acoustics. Many Stones songs that you’d think were done on electric were actually on acoustic.
I have 2 Hummingbird’s One labelled Vintage and one True vintage. Don’t remember which is which but one is made from old stock of wood of that era the other thermo aged mahogany

I was always looking for an original Epiphone Casino, but never found one.

I also looked for an original Casino. I did find the Gibson version (ES 330?) in red. 1966 but what turned me off was the tuners were changed to a different type and there were holes showing on the head stock.
I did get a Japanese made Casino Elitist in the natural finish Which I love. workmanship is excellent.

I had bad experiences buying chocolates. Some girls at spas are really worried about weight gain & skin breaking out.

But recently, I bought candy for someone else, she wasnt there when I went, so, wow lookee here,I offered it to an mpa, & I became instantly a beloved regular who gets fun mileage.

Just get one or two super high quality chocolates or other truffles.

I had bad experiences buying chocolates. Some girls at spas are really worried about weight gain & skin breaking out.

But recently, I bought candy for someone else, she wasnt there when I went, so, wow lookee here,I offered it to an mpa, & I became instantly a beloved regular who gets fun mileage.

Just get one or two super high quality chocolates or other truffles.
