Look at it at both ways. One guy called and booked Amy 2 days in advance and booked Amy for 90 minutes at 12 noon. The fucker never showed up and didn't answer our calls. Amy lost out 2=3 customers who wanted to book her at 12, 12:30 and 1 pm. It happened to Amanda a few times as well. Another guy called yesterday and wanted to book Amy for 19th of June. I just told him to call in and book that day in the morning or the night before if he wanted to see her at early hours. So many no shows lately and some do not have the courtesy to call in if they can't make it . Another thing, if they are going to be late, and didn't answer our calls. I gave them a grace period of 8 to 10 minutes and gave away his appointment to walk in customer. Private call numbers 80% no shows So No grace period for them if they are not here on time.
