I've been to Seawater twice. Only got a HJ as nothing more was available. Is it a YMMV case?
I think Sapphire got closed down quicly. Too bad as i had a great time there.
It's a shitty place and has been that qay for along time. Go west, at least to Etobicoke.

I like Jessie, Nikki can also be fun. Pre Covid experience taught me don't go late in the evening specially on a Saturday. they either wanna rush you or are somewhat bitchy.

i’ve been there three times so far. With two different massage therapists. Every time has been 100% legit and professional. Just curious if everyone has had the same experience. Great massage relatively cheap.

Seawater will go all the way... I think you have to go there a couple times to build up a relationship... but It's a bit too expensive in my opinion....
The HJ and bodyslide isn't too bad... A little prostate play too if that's your thing. I'm not sure what FS is as I've never done but CBJ is about $120 plus room charges. For that price I rather go somewhere else

There is a small upstairs above Hot Wok in the plaza. Door is off the alley in the back. It was too sketchy walking behind the palaza so I never tried. I'm not sure if she's still there.
