they are doing something similar already with the gyms. If you don't live in one of the hot spots, you are not allowed to use the gyms else regardless if you have a gym membership.

This happened to me. I'm on the Toronto side while my gym is in York. Got denied entry to my gym because of my address. Staff were understanding of the situation as it sucks for everyone.

I won't deny that there may be some sort of economics happening behind the scene, but the "common cold" isn't something you develop a vaccine for. The common cold is no where near the gravity of this virus, and using it as a talking point to drive the narrative and down play the topic is disingenuous.
