Just got back from DR and spent time in both Sosua and Puerto Plata. I too was looking at real estate down there (also a villa in a gated community) and decided now is not the time to buy there. Housing prices are still high from the little bubble they experienced. Personally, I decided to wait a bit before purchasing. For the next couple of years, I will rent villas and then when the market is more of a buyers thing I will buy.

Gated communities , even in sosua, dont like chicas coming and going all hours of the night, so I hope you did some homework before you put down your hard earned money. How many years you been going to the DR ?
Even large Land developers get swindled, and they have good lawyers.
Condos right now at about $60K us, are way overpriced, they were $25K just 3 years ago. With the economy tanking the way it is, and tourism sharply down, you may want to think about waiting a little while. Just a thought.

Me and Fritz the Cat are heading back in November to finalize a deal to buy a house in a gated community in Sosua. This is a great place with very very beautiful girls aside from the great golf, poker and fishing.

Sounds like someone else has discovered the Good life available in the DR.
As you said Everyone should spend at least spend a month or 2 per year just to experience it for yourself . The first trip is always a shock to all the senses, in a very good way.

So two days of Alexandra and Jamilla...how much more can one man take in Paradise...looking at houses and am convinced that this is where every massageplanet member should spend at least one month a year...for the rest of his adult life.

So I finally make a 2PM tee time play like s..t. Drink a lot of Presidentes and head to dinner at the beautiful Waterfront restaurant in Sosua...Lobsters for $15...lets have two!!!!

Off to poker where I win 20,000 Pesos... a king's ransom in the DR...lol...$572. As one player said I could have sex for a month with that money here...so why not

Problem its too late to go to the Candy Store...30 minutes till closing...not to fear Fritz the Cat knows a little after hours club in Sosua (yes they do exist)...we head to this little outdoor bar where the locals come to eat and drink until the sun comes up. Normally, these places are filled with vampires and trolls. This place is completely different...lots and lots of girls eating, drinking and listening to the local music, hip-hop and reggae. Lots of impromptu dancing...just rolling...with the cold Presidentes...nice place.

People are coming and going on little scooters as the motorcycle guys have made a cottage industry driving girls around from place to place for 20-50 pesos...five girls leave...five more pull up...25-30 eating, drinking and dancing...but its now 4AM...and well I've had two wild nights...the past two nights...and then

A scooter pulls up with a girl in a tight short skirt...riding on the back...and TPM...is instantly awake...wow!!!

Off the motorcycle she comes...walking past the table and she turns and shoots me a look that immediately brings me...little TPM and everyone else in the place to a complete standstill. Needless to say she got about 1 foot past the table...when TPM in the worst spanish known to man asks her to come back. She looks at me and says to English...are you speaking to me..."Mi Amore"...of course I am

We introduce ourselves and the rest is history...she not only speaks english, but perfect French as she has just broken up with her boyfriend from Montreal. TPM is going to have NO PROBLEMO!!!!!!!!!!!!

By 5AM, I've found out that Azol is only half Dominican but is half Colombian...and all stunning and beautiful. This girl is so incredibly hot...that I was done...I cut a special deal with her (that may not apply to all...5000 pesos till I leave) and spend the next two days with her...from 5AM Thursday till 12 noon Saturday...this girl delivers the BEST SEXUAL EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE ADULT LIFE...affectionate, passionate...there was nothing, zero, nada, zilch that was not on the menu...oh and she likes girls too...and her cousin who is with her is as good looking. Five times in two days...every acronym known to massageplanet was available and done to yours truly. My only regret is I left to get on the plane. My knees are so weak...I can't walk...Oh Papi!

Now for the good news...she has a US Visa and is willing to come up to NYC for a visit...and share with boys and girls all her wonderful talents
