The bad outweighs the good.

The good, her massage was actually decent, not the best I've ever had, but far from the worst... Her massage room in the basement is clean, and the house appears to have almost zero clutter.

The bad... this lady just won't shut up. Seeks constant approval. I'm not exaggerating by saying she asked ... "good massage?" over 100 times in the hour. Probably close to 200 times. Yes, that averages 3x a minute.

She is willing to direct bill, and really really pushes a 90 minute massage and willing to direct bill the kids on your plan, for 90 minutes massage, at 30 minute charge per billing member, at 55 per hh plus tax. That's a $165 + gst, 90 minute massage.

Her ad says professional only, but text communication implies a finish may be available. It's not, and she still verbally demands a tip at the end, because her prices are such a good deal. That really was her logic.

Not a repeat for me.

The 165 90 minute is the price if you let her spread out the 90 minute charges over 3 client billing, meaning 30 minutes billed to your plan, and 30 minutes to 2 of your kids also on your plan. The price was less if you bill all 90 minutes to one single bill. Though... I'm sure she would also try to demand a cash tip, for some reason or another.

I’ve seen here once. I agree with this review. Cheap price, always looking for approval, demanding tip, and not a hint of any extra work to deserve a tip.

Not a repeat for me.

Agree with the annoying part. I ventured twice to test the waters again, but not a repeat for me. Also texts every few weeks checking if "everything is good"

Ruby can be annoying but she will let you come late and DIY is ok if you ask she will say wait til she's out the room but she likes if you do it and will help with clean up

Gave her a second chance because I thought the constant asking if the massage was good was because I was a new customer. Wow, was I wrong. The lady doesn’t shut up. Will not return for another annoying massage.
