Was in Rostov-na-donu several years ago. Generally, a very clean city. Has a European look. Best hotel in town was the Dehodnedome (sp? 'the money house'); small hotel, but very nice modern rooms; good pizza place (Corleones) next door. The town has several universities and LOTS of attractive women. The only mixer bar I found was Chesterfields. Good restaurants along the river Reviewont but I did not see any mixer bars there.

yeah, im going to be staying with a russian Reviewiend, man, but older Reviewiend of my father, so i would feel unusual asking him to help me, would prefer to find it on my own, perhaps a hotel is a good idea, but ideally a salon or sauna is desired. thanks for your advice, it might be what i will end up doing.

Good luck in Vladmir. As your post says you will be there soon I post this answer, even if it does not quite answer you. Where will you stay? If you are in a hotel that has western guests, the chances are that working girls will be in the hotel bar Reviewom around 9PM and later. If there are hookers in the bar, you can't miss them. They will be dressed per their profession, they will congregate at 1 or 2 tables and there will be an older woman - boss prostitute - there to supervise. Hotel doorman can possibly help you too - if he connects you with a taxi driver you will know that the driver is smpe, so this may be a way to find houses. But the basic rule in Russia is that professional girls find the westerners, not vice versa. The girls will go to the clubs, the bars, etc. where they know there will be western johns looking for them.

Vladimir is a cam-slut city. What this means is that the best looking bilingual girls are fingering themselves on the internet for about 500 bucks a month. The best place to find them is a site called camcontacts - it costs 50 cents a minute, of which the site gets 25 and the studio takes 15. It might be worth your while to spend about 25 bucks rooting through the girls in that price range that look slavic or say that they're Reviewom Russia.

Thanks for your help concerning Ekaterinburg. Meanwhile I was there and found out it is much less attractive for mongering as any other cities in Russia I have been before. There are several pubs where you can easily get in contact with women but most of them are not that cute than women in Moscow, St. Petersburg or Ukraine. Anyway the city is dirty and kind of depressing.

It has been a few years for me now since I was there. But any nightclub in the center of the city would be a place to meet girls. Some will want to escort, some will want to simply meet an auslander like yourself.

If you stay in a large hotel that caters to foreign visitors, or if you visit a nightclub / bar in such a hotel in the evening - you will have best chance to find girls that are escorting.

This is pretty much true of any city in Russia / Ukraine / other former Soviet Republics. I have been to Odessa and Vilnius in the past year - and the above was true of those cities.

I have been to Ekaterinburg. It is probably no different in Perm - gritty, run down, depressing. But there are very pretty ladies to meet - and as an American you will be an oddity. There must be some type of open air market as well as a shopping area in the downtown. One ploy that has helped me in Russia is to get beside a very pretty lady at a trolly bus stop - and then act like I am trying to understand the transit system.
