Recently I had to buy more Lotus Touch oil gel. I LOVE this stuff. No smelly sheets, wonderful glide.... I fussed about how they hiked up the price by $10.00 a gallon, stating they made it more "natural". Once again, i will be sending them a scathing "I am not happy" email. This new stuff is just awful. It has a scent (maybe citrus?) which messes up my essential oil smells. The texture is now like thin vaseline. The client feels clammy to me during the massage, and the gel to dry out fast, and I have to use lots more. GRRRR. I had been such a happy camper til now. Maybe they will let me trade it out?

i've never been a fan of the gels, but i can tell you that i'm a huge fan of their naturals cream. and the one they sent me is unscented.

Same here. I'm a cream user and I just recently switched to their rich cream.

Did you buy it direct from New Life Systems? Or from another supplier?
I am sorry to hear you don't like the new Lotus Touch Oil Gel, it's been my favorite Lotus Touch product as well for many years. As a matter of fact they used a testimonial of mine about it in their catalog for a few years.
I thought I'd like the grapefruit scent that it's supposed to have now.
And have actually been anxious to try it.
If you are unhappy with the product however, I'd definitely call New Life Systems and ask for Alan Share (the owner) so that he gets the feedback he needs regarding the product.
I've talked with Alan personally quite a few times over the years and know he values our feedback!

I agree. We've recently started carrying Lotus Touch products in our store and Alan has been very accessible and always willing to speak to us concerning the products.

Give him a call, I'm sure he'd appreciate hearing your comments.
