Hollywood Discotheque - bottle prices ???

does anyone knows how much we have to pay for 1 bottle of Sangsom, Johnnie Walker, Wodka inclusive Ice and softdrinks (juice, red bull, soda)? :

When I go to Xzyte or Hollywood can count on about 2000 baht for 4 people....Yep doesnt work out so bad when you consider how much it costs to crawl walking street.

If you drink whisky simply buying a bottle in the club is about the same as a 7/11 if your buying cheap 100 pipers or something for the girls however if like me you drink Vodka or some other drink best to buy it at a 7/11 first...so figure 700 baht for a bottle of Vodka, 300 baht corkage, 70 baht or so per bottle of soda/coke, notsure what ice costs...as mentioned above at least you can make your drinks as strong as you want. Best to make your own drinks, the service staff make them really weak, tonnes of ice.

No...don't try bringing any booze into a beer bar or risk a smack in the face

simple....its a no no in most bars to bring alcohol in and OK in most nightclubs....provided you give it to the bar and pay for the mixer selection etc

Dont try it in any of the Walking street clubs, all the places outside of WS its ok tho...Hollywood, XZyte, Bub, Fashion Club, Differ and all the rest...Karaoke bars too are all ok.

Mixx did when it opened but not now, Mixx is expensive as hell to buy a bottle in too.

Why bring a bottle of vodka in to a nightclub? Do you also bring your own food to the restaurant?

Bottle service for groups is how Thais traditionally handle it.. Its pretty civilised way to drink IMO but tourists have gone and buggered it up in most areas.

Not only is a cheaper, it gives people the chance to self pour proper drinks, not have to keep badgering a waiter, for different people in the group to drink at different speeds, etc etc. Put me down as a fan !!

For 2 people you would obviously pay less than for 4 people as you would order less mixers/ice/food etc...You would pay the same for corkage tho, also if its a 1/4 bottle or a full bottle the price is the same so always take a full bottle with you. If its not empty you can choose to keep it there and get a ticket for it (good for approx 1 month) or take it away with you.
