Maybe some spas closing will open up independent scene for these girls, with hope the prices are more competitive.

It was a FAILED bordello. Opening up a new bordello isn't a good business model. Opening another business in a former bordello, also not a good business model.

Same reason BK or Wendy's don't open a restaurant on the site of a closed down McDonald's.

Nvr went in, altho I intended 2... but pretty sure all rooms used.

Thats it... location = pretty awesome... recently reno’d... 🛠

But history aint nuthin... I think it should stay as a spa... it reopened under new name after the attack, dudes kept going.

Zoned as commercial... I think stigma gonna b hard 2 get over...

Homes go 4 coupla mil around here... just ordinary homes...

Spas & incalls make sh!tloads $$$... & this neighnourhood already tolerates them... latina incall very close by, plus Edam & Aruba EE spas... realtor seems 2 think some high class potential... low class potential looks better 2me!
