I dont post much but I should start.
I've been to a few places and had bad service but dont usually post a report/warning unless it was truly a bad experience.
I remember I posted about lexi spa once last year and got a bit roasted from the public relations department for the spa so I quit posting/warning.

Anyway...its sunday, I'm bored and just looking for decent company with a massage. Nothing major, just something...(single guy)
I came on massageplanet.net, check some reviews, then decided to take my chances on this place (from missisuaga news)

I called to see if they were busy, and just get a feel for the place if possible.
Girl answers the phone, decent conversation.."girls are avaiable, $25 for 30 mins, $40, 40 mins".
So I ask what is an average tip. She wont really comment which is fair but said it depends which girl, but dont worry its not busy and they dont expect much.
To me that sounds fine. I'm thinking $30 for 30mins hopefully its a ok massage and happy ending with a tip maybe another $30?.. (guessing)
I call back, speak to the same girl and get directions and to let her know I was on my way.
I get there, smiling chinese girl appears after waiting in the lobby for 2-3 mins.
I'm told 30 for 30mins. thats fine, it was an upsell but I didnt care, I just wanted a decent time.

After about 5 mins (not even) of a massage, I'm like busting at the seams because its been awhile and just want a decent release, then maybe a quick massage after? thats what I ask for anyway..after much prompting from her.
She wants $60 for nude massage with ending! Thats rich for this place I assure you. Place has never been vacuumed (dirty dirty floor) and no ceiling in the room and the couch for the lobby is right on the other side of the wall!!!.. Bad setup.
Anyway, I'm on my best behaivour because I dont want to scabble over money and I dont want to be ripped either. I decide after offering 40$ for the ending and topless I guess, that she wants $45.
I start to get up, not mad at all, just didnt want to argue or come off like a cheap asshole, becuase I'm deffintly not.
Anyway, I tell her again, I dont want to haggle, I'll cut my losses on the 30$ and leave. (try another spot)
Her attude changes and she become nice again after I give her 40$ upfront, before the massage continues she goes straight to the ending, which was not happy, just an ugly ending.
$30 for less than 5 mins massage.
$40 for an ugly 1.5 min ending and she walked out of the room. I got up at the exact same time and started dressing. Felt awful like this girl (35) just totally lied and mislead me. I fregin hate that. I was decent too, totally polite and considerate, but it got me nowhere.
I dress and leave and walk out and dont even want to look at her again. She hands me a flyer for the spa for a discount next time. I didnt look at her or take the paper, just walked out.
I start driving down the road and think, maybe I got a bad one there, the girl on the phone sounded ok. I decide to call back.. is this yuki? (yucky) yes'.. I hang up. She was the owner (im guessing) and well versed in the game.
Honestly, dont assume that the sheets get changed at this place either.

Anyway, someone will surely flame this thread and try to convice people that I somehow am in the wrong. Thats ok, that will idently the shrillers and people who choose to mislead others on this board.
We/ I know they are here. And they are just doing a job the spa or SP pays them for. (good public relations)
Anyway..I appreciate others posting neg reviews because it helps me stay away from crappy places and con jobs. Never saw a review for this place. But her is an accurate one.

Someone posted that 657 yonge had a MP but it looks way to professional (hair and nail place). I wouldnt mind finding something to take the edge off this mornings letdown.
If anyone can recommend something it would be appreciated.

What I would give to find a decent independant girl who I click with. I need some real TLC.

I was there a few days ago. I debated writing about my experience. My experience mirrors yours and I could have saved you the hassle.

I asked about the $25 mentioned in the add, she said that was for 25 minutes. I could not recall in the add how long the massage was for, but when I came home, sure enough it was $25 for $30 minutes.

No shower in the place at all. $60 to get her undressed. The massage was reasonable, but there was little sensuality.

This is not the only place I have gone to which has misleading information on price in the classifieds. In that case, the attendant was not Chinese. Any of the MP's could do bait and upsell if the prices are NOT posted on the web or the door.

I have felt a sense of adventure in the past and go to the places hoping to find a hidden gem, and a lower rate. My experience is the attendants are NOT eye candy and the prices for additional services gets pricey.

I am going to stick to places that have a website and post the costs for a while.

I was there on Tuesday. Kind of a bizarre experience. The place occupies an old hair salon and is still full of stylist's equipment. They claim to offer manicures, waxing etc. but I doubt anyone goes there for that.

There are two massage rooms, only one of which has a door: the other one has a sheet nailed over the door, which is about 2-3 feet from touching the floor ! Naturally this is the room I was directed to. This room is on the other side of the reception desk, and since the place is on Lakeshore you can hear the attendants answering the phone combined with traffic going by. No sense of privacy at all.

Two girls working that day, a petite blond and a tall brunette. Both attractive, and the owner sent me the brunette - I guess she was next up.
Decent massage, with lots of oil. The attendant was friendly but a bit detached so the massage had a kind of going-through-the motions feel. Also, the noise mentioned above dampened my enthusiasm.

Standard fees: 40 for 30 plus 20 for release. topless, N/NR are available for 40/60/80.

Would I repeat: probably not but YMMV. Apparently, they're fixing up a room in the basement for more privacy, which would help. Overall though, as the ING Direct guy says: "Save Your Money."

This place is a hole. It should be shut down. Disgusting, dirty and the same with the girls that work here. They have a road sign "MASSAGE $25" which cuaght my eye.

My father once told me.."if it sounds too good to be true...(you know the rest)..."

My experience was very limited and expensive.
