Not in secret. I told them before the conversation started it will be all recrded so there will be no he said she said and to be nice cool and calm without anger. It was a bit rough in the begining but it calmed down after I guaranteed Esther I will make sure her name will be cleared out of bank debts and loans. She was very reasonable and that's all she cares. The spa was just her side income for fun. She owns 4-5 properties in Toronto and a cottage in lake Simcoe.
